By using our service, the client agrees to the following terms:
Ownership
The Artist confirms they own or control all rights to the submitted work and materials.
Representation
RACOOB acts solely as an authorized submission consultant and administrative representative and does not claim ownership of any submitted work.
No Guarantee
Selections, nominations, awards, wins, or any outcomes are never guaranteed.
Fees
Service fees are separate from festival or award entry fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Once submissions have been completed, service fees are non-refundable.
Prize Money
If prize funds are processed through RACOOB, agreed service percentages, taxes, transfer fees, processing costs, and other applicable deductions may apply before payout.
Materials
The Artist is responsible for providing accurate files, credits, descriptions, and supporting information.
Deadlines
RACOOB will make best efforts to meet deadlines based on timely communication and material delivery from the client.
Prize Money Agreement
If a cash prize is awarded through submissions managed by RACOOB:
- The Artist receives the remaining net amount after deductions
- RACOOB receives an agreed success fee of 20%
- Applicable taxes, transfer fees, and organizer deductions may reduce the gross prize amount

- Net Amount: $900
- RACOOB 15%: $135
